This is to announce that according to a telegram dated on the 27th of Kânûn thânî sent by the mutasarrifiyya of Kerak a Dutch auction is proposed for the expenses of the construction of 34 housing units for migrants in the village of Lajûn. The rate has been determined at the level of 13 piasters per square meter according to the rate of 1 riyâl majîdi equaling 23 piasters. The windows and doors shall be ___ in the Gazan fashion, and the needed water shall be transported from a distance of five minutes at the expense of the contractor. When the bid is concluded, the contractor shall receive 20 liras in advance. So whoever is interested in bidding should contact the municipal department in Jerusalem. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 30th of Kânûn thânî (1)322 (12th of February 1907).
