During the needed consultations the amount of 72790 piasters was decided, as written above. The bidders agreed and the mentioned determined amount was found to be at the appropriate level. So it has been decided to approuve this deliberation and to hang it up for 3 days starting from the date below. In order to proceded, this decision was taken on the 21st of Shubât (1)322 (6th of March 1907).
