On the reparation of the Government Office
The cost of the said reparation was opened to Dutch auction, and after the completion of bidding, it was decided that it be submitted to Mustafa Al Bilbis through the guarantee of Rashid Al Bilbis at a rate of 3,200 piasters as respected current akçe. Since the said guarantor is among the respected guarantors, it is appropriate to take necessary action in respect thereof. The 6th of Nîsân (1)315 (18th of April 1899).
