Trade with copper coins produced by some Jews because of their poverty is forbidden and this interdiction has already been announced, but this has not had any consequences. Therefore it has been decided to take them from the hands of whoever trades with them and destroy them. In order for this to be known, these directions have been announced on the 27th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 (9th of January 1907).
