It has been found from the report presented by the engineer Effendi of the [municipal] council dated on the 9th of Mârt (1)315, the respectable Dâwûd Effendi al-Dazdâr has built a fence in front of his land and [therefore] transgressed on the road there and annexed some of it to his land. In order to demolish the mentioned fence, to abolish the transgression on the road, and to build the fence straightly from the corner of Dâr al-Hâj Khadr Effendi alongside of (shu'ab)?? Dâr Kiryâku, it has been decided to forewarn the recommended [person] to conform to the directions above. Accordingly, this decision was taken on the 9th of Mârt (1)315 (21st of March 1899).
