The Municipal Council was informed via the letter sent from the Court of First Instance on 7 November 1895 that the current work done in the said buildings must not be prevented. As regards taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Police Department. The 26th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)311 (7th of November 1895).
