The disputable land near the church is his own and it’s not a waqf, because he, having children and estates, doesn’t allow himself to misappropriate a waqf, and in Jifna (Τζίφνα) there are seven Hamulia (Χαμούλια); lets elect a man who fears God from each Hamoul to testify, and he will accept their testimony because the ones who accused him of misappropriating the land are his enemies.
