He was appointed an ultimate Moutouris [an official] (i.e. without metzlisia) for Jepel Ajloun (Τζέπελ Ατζλούν) Aptil-Gani Peis (Απτίλ-Γανί Πέης), the brother of Holi Pasha (Χώλυ Πασά); he loves and defends the Christians, it will be good to contact the brother and ask him to tell his brother to defend the Christians; and for him to sent a gift ώς σανίνια κομβολόγιον on behalf of the Dragoman.
