Conflicts out of betrayal and abuse of the tenth tax of the Government among certain poor people (Ichtiaridon). The matter has been considered again in the Dragoman’s headquarters and because one of them tore the ruling document, they ask the case to be reconsidered in the Dragoman’s headquarters and the culprit to be punished, because he tore the letter of the Abbot, even though the ruling exists, so that the Dragoman will not see it.
