Hurri Yousef (Χούρι Ιούσεφ) of the Latins offered his widow accomodation in the estate of the petitioner and handed the estate over to the mukhtar of the Ottomans; he asks that the mukhtar be informed to stop his claims until the trial in the Government will end, therefore he pleads to get some help so that the debt will not be paid by him alone but also by his comrades whom he mentions in his petition.
