Last year, he came again to live in Jerusalem. mukhtar Tzil (Τζήλ) asked him for 9 mecits as a military tax for the past three years and he then reported that he is poor; recently, Tzouharies(Τζουχαρίες) imprisoned his son for the nine mecits. But Ash Peis (Αs Πέης) recognizing the unfairness of his claim released him from prison; now again, Tzouharies keeps asking for the money; the petitioner requests that he be ordered to stop asking, because the old tax has already been completed; in any case, if he gets imprisoned, he will die in prison.
