He owns a piece of land at the proximity of Prophet Elias, which he repaired, put up a wall and planted grapevines. Recently, the abbot of Prophet Elias claimed that the petitioner trespassed his property, destroyed the wall and uprooted the grapevines. There was an investigation carried out by the Dragoman and the abbot of Saint George. The petitioner is asking, either to be refunded for the expenses he has made, or to be given another piece of land at the waqf (the above are made clear in the petition).
