An Orthodox named Elias Souleiman (Ηλίας Σουλεημάν) intends to give his daughter to a Latin, he discouraged him but he didn’t convince him; the petitioner asks to send him an Atzis (Ατζής) on behalf of the government to bring him to Jerusalem, so that this habit will stop, because the Latins marry Orthodox girls but they don’t give their daughters to Orthodox.
