The above-mentioned names have been warned many times and fined for selling food made of sheep feet, head and intestines and other foul-smelling food within the city walls. However, they did not take these warning seriously, thus they are fined 50 piasters each and 200 piasters in total in accordance to the present Penal Code’s articles 254 and 258. For the measures to be carried out, the matter at hand can be referred to the municipality police. The 26th of Agustos (1)311 (7th of September 1895).
