We announce to all property owners located in the quarter of the Mamilla Pools (mahallat birkat mâ’man Allah) that the registry officer will begin to levy the verko taxes this Friday by registering the properties in the mentioned quarter. Therefore we request all the property owners to be present when the registry officers arrive and have the cadaster papers ready which show the expenses for their properties. Accordingly these directions were published on the 13th of Aylûl (1)316 (26th of September 1900).
