Since the width of the road across the said land has been found to be sufficient, it is clear that there is no need to integrate it into the road and, as stated in the previous letter of ratification, if it is taken as a stopping place for carriages, the congestion led by the carriages in the field outside Jaffa Gate would be removed. However, as the municipal fund cannot afford it at the moment, a re-confiscation shall be done in case of its integration. The 4th of Shubât (1)314 (16th of February 1899).
