On the livestock sale tax
The said tax is in fact pertains to the goods’ fund and it was delegated to the municipality in July 1878. In the auction bill, arranged by the accounting office for the year 1878 and approved by the Sanjak Administrative Council, it was stipulated that the tax be taken as lump sum. Since 1878, auction bills have been arranged in this manner. As there is no directive in the municipality as regards this, it is only known by the Sanjak’s Accounting how the auction bill given by the accounting to the municipality for 1878 was arranged in this matter on what basis. The 1st of Mâyis (1)315 (13th of May 1899).
