Fi 19 Eylül sene 310 tarihli Gaza kazası idare meclisi mazbatası üzerine
Fi’l-hakika belediye mecâlisi böyle mahallâtta tasarruf edebilecek ise de mahal-i mebhûsü’n-anhın tûlu nihâyet’ün-nihayete 18 ve arzı 14 arşûndan ibâret olduğu ana vukûfu olan ba’zı eşhastan anlaşılmış ve bu ittisâda olan mahalâta meydan ıtlâk olunmayıp sokaklardan ma’dûd olacağı tabi’ bulunduğu gibi andan ol civarda bulunan cami’-i şerife mürûr edilmekte olduğu iş bu mazbata mündericâtından anlaşılmış olduğundan ve salaş ve tabla ile çadır kurarak sokaklarda eşyâ ve erzâk furûht olunması memnû’ olduğu belediye nizamnâmesinin 62. maddesi ahkâmından bulunmuş olmağla ol babda.
