Upon the decree sent from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, dated 7 April 1890 and numbered 20, regarding the treatment of the mentioned illness, the special instruction with respect to this issue was communicated to the kazas belonging to the sanjak. In accordance with this instruction, it is necessary to notify the names of the villages where there is an occurrence of this illness in order to prevent its spread. It is appropriate to inform the kaza of the kaymakamlık about the matter with a written decree. The 26th of Kânûn Thânî (1)310 (7th of February 1895).
