As the said post are carried by their contractors on lump sum basis, their horse carriages have never been exempted from road tax in any year. It has been investigated why they do not pay the required road tax while they have to pay it like other rental carriages and it turned out that this situation arose from a warning made by the consulate of the state of Austria and Hungary via the Mail and Telegraph Directorate. With an official letter, it is appropriate to notify the Austrian Consulate via the Mail and Telegraph Directorate that the said road tax be paid by the carriage owners as before. The 20th of Nîsân (1)308 (2nd of May 1892).
