The second marginal note written regarding the uniforms of gendarme officers for 1322 (1906-1907)
The needed tailors were summoned again and necessary incentives were given to them, yet no one showed any interest for decreasing its price if the reserved sample of the said uniform is made from broadcloth. It is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council to take a decision on projecting it as a cost to officers if it is not possible to give a higher price than the one specified in the Sanjak Administrative Council’s decision. The 28th of Mayîs (1)323 (10th of June 1907).
