The council has decided to appoint the above mentioned people to prevent urinating in alley ways. Six guards are to be appointed to the above mentioned locations, with a salary of 150 piasters to be paid in installments, and one of them, Yûsuf Abdul-‘Aziz al-Mûsâwî with a salary of 150 piasters according to the official currency. The appointments are effective as of the 26th of Kânûn Thânî (1)324. In order to pay the above mentioned salaries in the written manner from the municipality’s treasury, this decision was issued on the 29th of Kânûn Thânî (1)324 (11th of February 1909).
