In order to sell the balances and weight units kept at the council (illegible), it has been decided [by the council] to nominate one of us, Shlomo Effendi, Yûsuf Effendi and al-Hâj Husayn Effendi. In order for this to be clarified, this decision was taken on the 22nd of Shubât (1)311 (5th of March 1896).
