Given the approach of the imperial festival of the accession to the throne (julûs) and in order to get the decorations needed, such as fashion, wax, oil and so on, it has been decided by the council to nominate one of us, the respectable al-Hâj Husayn Effendi. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 3rd of Agustos (1)311 (15th of August 1895).
