Since the gardener of the public garden, Usbîrû Al Rûmi (the Latin) has resigned, the council has decided to nominate a new one. As the necessary qualification has been found with Niqûlâ Tûmâ (the Latin), he has been nominated from the 15th of Mayîs (1)308 with a monthly salary of three French liras. This decision has been taken accordingly on the 12th of Mayîs (1)308 (24th of May 1892).
