A report given by the municipal inspector dated on the 21st of Shubât states that given his many responsabilites inside and outside of the Old City, it is necessary to nominate an assistant to help him. During its deliberations, the council found that the responsabilities of the mentioned person really necessitate the nomination of an assistant for him. Therefore it has been decided to nominate one of the guards, Hassan Effendin Jâbrân as an assistant with the appropriate salary. In order to procede, this decision was taken on the 26th of Shubât (1)322 (11th of March 1907).
