No one has bidded in the Dutch auction for the wheat and rye needed by the imperial soldiers (asâker shahânîa) which was announced in the directions of the 27th of Aylûl (1)310. Therefore it has been decided by the council to answer that there is no bidder. In order to make it official, this decision was taken on the 3rd of Tishrîn Awal (1)310 (15th of October 1894).
