As the toilet in the house of Yosef Rahtin (?), who is a subject of the Spanish state, is dilapidated and the wastes pour on the road from over there, a warning was issued regarding its reparation; however, the said person demanded that the wastes be passed through the shop located beneath his house, but the shop owner did not consent to this. With respect to issuing a warning that the said wastes be immediately removed and canalized to another direction, it is thus appropriate to send a letter to the Spanish Consulate. The 19th of Mârt (1)314 (31st of March 1898).
