On the occasion of the end of the year 1310 (1894-1895), it is necessary that the accounting of the municipalities in the kazas be legally arranged and urgently sent here. For the delivery here of the Gaza municipality’s accounting of the year 1308 (1892-1893), 1309 (1893-1894) and 1310 (1894-1895); of Jaffa, Ramla and Hebron municipalities’ accounting of the year 1310 (1894-1895); along with their cost bills approved by the municipal assembly, it is appropriate to send decrees to the kaymakamlıks of the said kazas. The 6thof Shubât (1)310 (18th of February 1895).
