On the telegram, dated 15 March 1899, sent from the Kaymakamlık of Gaza regarding the Request for medicine vaccination
Although an official letter was sent from the office of Mutasarrifate to the Ministry of Medicine on 25 February 1899 regarding the provision of medicine vaccination and certificate stubs Requested by the official vaccinator, these have not been delivered as yet. It is thus appropriate to notify in response that an answer shall be given when the requested medicines and stubs arrive here. The 9th of Mârt (1)315 (21st of March 1899).
