On the letter, dated 4 March 1899 and numbered 317, sent from Gaza, and the letter, dated 6 March 1899 and numbered 573, sent from Gaza, regarding the certificates given to vaccinated children
In accordance with the provisions of the 16. and 17. articles of the Vaccination Regulation, it is necessary that the administrative council receive from the vaccination officials the stubs of vaccination certificates given to vaccinated children and give a certified mandate in lieu of these stubs. Again in accordance with the same provisions, it is necessary that the stubs of vaccination certificates be sent by local administrations, and certified mandates by vaccination officials and municipal doctors to the Ministry of Medicine. In this direction, for the delivery to the Ministry of Medicine of the two stubs stated to have been sent, it is necessary to write the mandates to be given to the Sanjak Administrative Council and the vaccinator official by the kaza administrative council. It is appropriate to report the matter to the said kaymakamlık with a decree. The 10th of Mârt (1)315 (22nd of March 1899).
