The wife of the petitioner was examined by the doctor and, as a result of the examination report enclosed herewith, it was understood that she is insane indeed. Since her husband is poor, it was understood from the examination that he cannot afford to take her to the asylum located in his hometown Manisa. It has been deemed appropriate to send a decree not only to the Mutasarrifate of Manisa for the admission of the above-written person to the said asylum, but also to the kaymakamlık of the said kaza for shipping the said person to the said place at half amount of the ticket fee. The 2nd of Agustos (1)310 (14th of August 1894).
