On the petition, dated 27 February 1899, given by Muhammed Abdulkadir Abu Batyan
As presented in the decision given by our council, since the correspondence presented by the Greek Patriarchate has been relegated to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to take necessary action in respect thereof, whatever is deemed suitable by the Mutasarrifate must be done also with respect to the relegation of this petition to the said council. The 22nd of Mârt (1)315 (3rd of April 1899).
