Upon the report that an unlicensed room was being constructed in the locale owned by the Greek Monastery located in the village of Tûr, it was stated in the mandate written by our council that the three architects working in the construction site be taken here and fined a penalty of 25 piasters in cash, and the matter was then relegated to the municipal police force. Despite the warnings to call a halt to the construction, it has been learnt today that the construction has not been stopped. In order to take necessary action in respect thereof in accordance with the official letter, dated 23 May 1898 and numbered 66, sent from the Office of Main Registers of Revenues, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Registers of Revenues.
