In the letter, dated 30 January 1895, sent from the Acre Reserve Division Commandership, it was stated that the inventory of military transportation vehicles must be re-taken from the beginning of the year 1311 (1895-1896) and the verdict, dated 16 February 1895, sent from the Sanjak Administrative Council, requested the start of this inventory. However, as the reserve officer to serve in the commission to undertake the inventory has not been appointed yet, it is appropriate to write a decree from the Mutasarrifate and to report the matter to the Jerusalem Area Commandership for the appointment of an officer and his continual participation to the commission. The 20th of Mârt (1)311 (1st of April 1895).
