Since this problem does not have any aspect pertaining to local administration, it is necessary to have the said pool inspected by muhtars and to distribute the ensuing expense among those who would benefit from the reparation of the pool. It is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force in order to inform the petitioners. The 6th of Nisân (1)311 (18th of April 1895).
