As stated in the inspection register herewith presented, it has been understood as a result of the inspection that there is a need for 85 thousand liras for the reparation of dilapidated roads inside and outside the city walls, and that the traffic would completely be interrupted unless they are repaired. If the longstanding tax, which is a part of the already drawn out budget of the year 1314 (1898-1899) and taken from the carriages running on the roads both inside and outside of the city walls, is repealed, it shall not be possible to allocate anything from other income sources of the municipality. In line with the decree, dated 6 November and numbered 91, sent from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and relegated from the municipal council to the sanjak administrative council, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the sanjak administrative council in order for the decision to be taken as regards this matter also be negotiated in the said council.
