The respected municipal council engineer, Ibrahim Effendi and Nasrî Effendi
It has been noted from the bûqalma? that a number of buildings have been constructed without a license and some of them are in violation and should be held accountable. Since this practice violates the law, the council decided to notify the bûqalma? every three months. If any buildings are in violation of the license or have been built illegally, you will be responsible first and foremost. To check on these buildings from now on and according to the council’s decision, the bûqalma? should sign this memorandum and return it to the council on the 10th of Tammûz (1)324.
