As regards the butchers’ tax and livestock sale tax auctioned to the account of the year 1311 (1895-1896), it was decided, after the completion of bidding, that the butchers’ tax be given at a rate of 29,000 piasters, and livestock sale tax be given at a rate of 5,200 piasters, to the winner of the auction. Since the auction price obtained for these taxes are higher in comparison to the previous year, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to advance the decision date and to announce, through public notice, the result of the auction. The 28th of Shubât (1)310 (12th of March 1895).
