It has been found to be urgent to construct two wooden stations (?) for the fire engine and its tools in accordance with the drawing given by the glorious Department of Lands. Accordingly, it has been decided by the council to nominate one of us, the respectable Tâhir Effendi and Shlomo Effendi to do this by proxy and to pay them what is needed from the municipality treasury. In order for this to be clarified, this decision was taken on the 20th of Huzayrân (1)311 (2nd of July 1895).
