The said place is a real estate belonging to the municipality and it has been long since rented out by our council; even if a state property is taken on loan, it is by no means appropriate to leave it in the midst of a public road so as to block traffic. As the place to be delimited there is not 10 zirâ away from the the previous place; hence, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council for a re-negotiation on this issue following its inspection by the same council. The 5th of Shubât (1)311 (17th of February 1896).
