The refusal of Patriarch Cyril to sign the decisions, his departure for Jerusalem and will to call his own council for investigation of the matter. Antonin is requested to support Cyril in his intention. He should better call an Ecumenical council. Includes marginal notes about the receiving the letter, in Russian and violet ink.
