Mezkûr makinenin mu‘âyenesi icrâ edilerek matviyyen takdîm kılınan haritada mersûm metn-i arzuhâlde beyân olunduğu vechile tebeyyün etmiş ve mevki‘ ve mevzi‘i kuvvetine mütenâsib ve muvâfık olup işletmesinden bir mahzûr olmadığından sâhibinden bu bâbda müttehaz olan nizâmın 13. maddesine tevfikan 10 aded Osmânî altun kıymetiyle bir çek alınarak matviyyen takdîm kılınmış olmağla ruhsat-ı mukteziyenin irsâli zımnında mezkûr çek ve haritanın leffiyle Ticâret ve Nâfi‘a Nezâret-i Celîlesi'ne bâ-tahrîrât-ı aliyyeleri irsâl buyurulması bâbında. Fi 26 Ağustos sene 314 (7th of September 1898).
