It has been heard that Maht (?) Abdür-rezzâk, from the village of Sûr-bâhir, has been building on a public land without any permit. After investigation, the news was proved to be true and the man was called here and asked to terminate the construction work. However, he did not pay attention to the warnings, and thus, for the relevant measures to be taken, it is appropriate to refer this matter to the Office of General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadaster. The 31st of Agustos (1)311 (12th of September 1895).
