It is stated in the report, dated 19 December 1910, given by the municipal engineer that the wall of the house, which is located in the Eastern neighborhood inside the city, and in which the Caribbean community resides, is about to collapse at the qibla and east side, thus posing a threat as it is located along the road. Hence, in accordance with the 48. article of the Public Buildings Regulation in effect as regards this matter, two warnings have been sent to the person named Azarya Yusuf from the Caribbean community in order to demolish the said wall within fifteen days, but everything has so far remained the same. Hence, in accordance with the said article of the regulation, the said wall must be demolished following a mandate to be drawn up by the municipal engineer Paskal Effendi, mukhtar of the neighborhood, and an official from the municipal police force, with the condition that the demolition expenses be covered from the wreckage cost or collected from the persons in question. It is appropriate to give an order and relegate the matter to the Gendarmerie Commandership for taking due action in respect thereof. The 25th of Kânûn Awwal (1)326 (7th of January 1911).
