The report is followed by a maḍbaṭa of the members of the Managing Council of al-Quds: Faydi Islam, qādī; Muhammad Tahir, mudīr maliyya; as-sayyid Muhammad Ali, nāẓir nufus and others; Sanad from al-hagg Makkt Mustafa, naǧǧār.
The documents give reasons for the necessity of repair of the three qarawulhanes in Sitt Maryam (Bab as-Sayyida Maryam), Sa'm qapusi (Bab Sa'm) and Bab Bani Da'ud (Bab Sayyidina Da'ud). The total cost of the repair, according to the preliminary calculations, amounts to 450 ġurūš. The ḫazinā of al-Quds has paid 429 ġurūš. The ard is in Ottoman Turkish.

The sum represents the cost of the wax, olive oil and others necessary for the lighting of the building of the Managing Council and the departments in the governmental sarāy during the nights of the month Ramadan 1282 (from January 1st to February 16, 1866).

It represents a list of the names of the soldiers under his command. The list is followed by a maḍbaṭa of the members of the Managing Council of the qaḍā Bayt Lahm: Muhammad Hafiz, mudīr; Musa Imran, nā'ib; Muhyi -d-din, muftī; Abd as-Salam al-Ga'uni, kātib mal and others, made with reference to the payment of the salaries of the military men during the indicated month. The whole sum amounting to 5100 ġurūš (80 ġurūš each soldier and 300 ġurūš to the yūzbāšī) was paid by the mālṣundūq of al-Quds.

3231 ġurūš were spent for the transportation by horses and camels of foodstuffs for the army located in the village of Bayt Lahm. The sum is to be paid by the mālṣundūq of al-Quds.

Programme: Turkish, Arabian, French languages, geography, history, arithmetic, gymnastics, no religious education. Population imposed religious education, college administration accepted. 80 students, including 25 Muslims, 2 Jews, others are Orthodox. English and French consulates and local authorities didn't support college, teachers are bad paid, one third of students leaved it; moral conflicts in society; public education.
