Report; on 18 March foundation of German sanatorium, church, refuge for pilgrims and scientists on Mount of Olives on the lot over 14 hectares bought some years ago thanks to donations. It was an Emperor's idea. German colony and all competent people don't approve the choice of the place for sanatorium, because of strong winds, but Emperor insisted; German institutions. Sender: Russian consul general in Jerusalem A.G. Yakovlev; Recipient: Russian ambassador in Constantinople I.A. Zinoviev.
