We announce that wheat and rye for all army divisions in Jerusalem are proposed for a Dutch auction. The price of each new uqqa of wheat has been determined at the level of 34 para and rye at the level of 22 para. This public bid will remain [open] for three days from the date below. So everyone who is interested in the public bid should contact the army administration in Jerusalem within this period. Accordingly, these directions (kîfîya) were published on the 27th of Aylûl (1)310 (9th of October 1894).
