This is to announce the opening of a Dutch auction for batrîn made of steel for the inside of the holy Ibrahîm Mosque. After agreement (kaf yad) of the bidders, its amount was fixed at the level of ten qirsh for each new rutl of used steel to be paid in installment Jerusalem. This auction will be open for 24 hours from the date below. So whoever is interested should contact the municipality of Jerusalem and should bid according to the rules. In order for this to be known, these directions were announced on the 12th of Aylûl (1)310 (24th of September 1894).
