We announce that the construction of a water cistern near municipal café is proposed for Dutch auction. The auction was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of twenty four thousand piasters. [Besides,] the improvement and repair of the old slaughterhouse [is proposed for Dutch auction]. The auction was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of four thousand piasters in accordance with the conditions written in the policies of the auction. [So] everyone who is interested in the auction should contact the council within three days starting at the date below. In order for this to be known, these directions were announced on the 13th of Aylûl (1)311 (25th of September 1895)
